Jeff, host for many of the shows, got his chops during the turn of the century by hosting Virtual Mentality, a weekly summer program on public radio, and prior to that, co-organizing an annual music festival and compilation CD for local talent. In his professional career, with a degree in graphic arts, he retired from work as a manufacturer’s rep in the printing and photography industry after several years freelancing in the web design and a corporate identity niche.
Jeff earned a Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University, and is a frequent attendee at major conferences like the Professional Management Conference organized by the Association of Professional Genealogists, the National Genealogical Society conference, state conferences put on by the Ohio Genealogical Society and the New York Genealogical & Biographical Society, and the largest family history related convention out there, Rootstech. He is the newest editorial addition to his local genealogical society as a writer. The ancestry of our show host includes some German, English, and Irish. Jeff has traced his roots to colonial New England.
